Once you do this you’ll understand what Paul said in 2 Corinthians 4:6-7: “For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.  But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”  If you received this treasure you became a vessel through which God’s power flows.  You have the privilege of sharing the light you’ve received with those still in darkness.  You have the privilege of sharing God’s love gift with others.  Prayerfully do so during this Christmas season.  Share the gift with loved ones, friends, neighbors, fellow-workers, classmates and even strangers. 

There is no greater joy you can bring to the heart of God than to help someone receive God’s love gift for them.  Give the angels in heaven reason to rejoice and celebrate as they did on that first Christmas eve.  Do what the shepherds did, “When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child.”  Spread the word about Jesus.
